All plots within our project have been officially cleared for Non-Agricultural (NA) residential use. We possess the necessary Change of Land Use (CLU) certifications from the local metropolitan/town planning authorities.


No, our pricing structure is all-inclusive. The base price covers basic infrastructure development. Additional mandatory statutory fees such as Stamp Duty, Registration Charges, and GST (if applicable) are detailed separately in your quotation.


No, Banks are not associated for Buying your Plots, Any NBFC can finance it but we can't suggest you for this cause higher rates of interest. Instead of Bank Loan we offer you Easy Emi Plan. But yes; you can avail construction loan for Build you House after Getting your Plot Registration and NOC from Us.

In major townships plot sizes range from 50 Sq. Yards to 500 Sq. Yards.

  • Complete the initial booking form and submit a token amount of atleast 1 Installment.
  • Provide standard identity documentation (PAN card, Aadhaar, Passport photographs).
  • Sign the formal Agreement to Sell.
